Bookings are made exclusively through direct contact: WhatsApp, phone, or email. A stay is confirmed only following explicit written confirmation from the property and, where required, payment of the agreed deposit.

Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00. Check-out by 10:00. Different times must be agreed in advance with the property. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

In case of cancellation, please notify the property as soon as possible. Deposit refund conditions are communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the season and availability. The property reserves the right to retain the deposit in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

• Observe quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
• Smoking inside the trulli is not permitted. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• Pets are not allowed unless a prior written agreement has been made with the property.
• Guests are responsible for the keys and access items assigned to them.
• Unregistered guests may not enter the property without prior authorisation.
• Guests are expected to treat the furnishings, facilities, and grounds with care.

The property is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property or persons during their stay. The property accepts no liability for service interruptions beyond its control (breakdowns, force majeure, etc.).

These conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Bari has exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
